The Department is committed to disseminate information regarding conditions of employment to the general public. Clients are advised to check the information provided in this website about basic conditions of employment. The information published in this website reflects the common queries and practical information required by employers and employees alike.

Information can also be requested by visiting our offices or over the telephone or by electronic mail. Employment Relations Officers are available at the Conditions of Employment Section of the Department to answer customers’ queries.

Summer (16th June – 30th September) 0800hrs – 1200hrs

Winter (1st October – 15th June) 0800 hrs – 1600 hrs
