Job Description

In accordance with regulation 5(1) of the ‘Transparent and Predictable Working Conditions Regulations, 2022’ (L.N. 267 of 2022), employers are obliged to inform the workers of the essential aspects of the employment relationship and make such information available to the worker in writing.  This information shall also include the title of the job or grade which the worker will be tasked to perform together with a brief specification or description of the work.

It is important to note that the work an employee is asked to perform must be related to his/her work title as agreed in the contract of employment. The job description would serve this purpose.​
